Random Idea
I have decided that the number of emails in my gmail inbox is directly proportional to my stress level and therefore I am going to set up a graph of it :-)
Any other off-the-cuff methods anyone can think of? (I could certainly say that days into term, number of clothes on floor, days since laundry, etc all would be good indicators, but writing those would require manually entering data). Perhaps if I had a webcam and measured the “messiness” of my room? but how would that be calculated… I actually have a few ideas from my group project: do a SIFT match on a web cam image and compare it to the “clean” version of my room. The greater the deviation from clean, the dirtier it is. But then you need to mask certain areas (doors, chair, etc…) Perhaps if you provided some sort of image processing where areas that had high entropy grayed out, as things tend to accumulate to equal messiness rather than move swiftly.
Any other measures?
